Service Engineer – Solar
We are looking for a skilled and responsible Service Engineer to join our solar team. The candidate will be responsible for solar system troubleshooting, maintenance, fault diagnosis and after-sales service to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of solar installations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform inspection, troubleshooting and maintenance of solar power systems.
- Diagnose and resolve issues related to solar panels, inverters, wiring and electrical components.
- Attend customer service requests and resolve technical complaints promptly.
- Conduct preventive maintenance and performance checks at project sites.
- Identify and rectify electrical faults in solar installations.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Coordinate with project, service and technical teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
- Follow electrical safety procedures and company standards during site visits.
Qualifications and experience
- ITI / Diploma / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
- 2–3 years of experience in solar service, maintenance or electrical troubleshooting preferred.
- Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters and electrical installations.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
